Dr Sofia Giatrakou is a Dermatologist and Venereologist, Director of the National Health System (ESY) and holds a PhD from the University of Athens, with many years of clinical experience in Greece, the United Kingdom and the USA (MSc).
She has 15 years’ specialisation in the screening, mapping and removal of moles, as well as 10 years’ experience at the Centre for Melanoma and Other Skin Cancers at the G.N.A. ‘G. Gennimatas’, contributing to the early diagnosis and prevention of skin cancer.

In addition, she has eight years’ specialisation at the Reference Centre for Hidradenitis Suppurativa at the ‘Attikon’ University Hospital.
She served as a Director at three NHS hospitals in the United Kingdom, gaining significant international experience. Today, she offers comprehensive clinical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology services for children and adults, applying modern, personalised therapeutic approaches aimed at prevention, effective treatment and the maintenance of skin health and aesthetics.
